Q: What is PV?

A: Each of Visi’s products are assigned a Point Volume (PV) number. For instance; Visi Energi has a PV of 50, Rensa has a PV of 25, Nufinna has a PV of 75, and so on.

Q: How do I qualify for 3 For Free?

A: To qualify for 3 For Free Rewards, you must remain Active and have a minimum of 3 personally sponsored Preferred Customers sponsored directly to you during the qualification period who have an active Autoship template set up of at least 75 PV that processes within a 4-week qualification period, and who do not qualify for a 3 For Free Autoship of their own.

Q: Do I have to be a Vísi Partner to earn 3 For Free Rewards?

A: No. Both Vísi Partners and Preferred Customers can qualify for 3 For Free.

Q: How many Preferred Customers (PCs) to I have to have to qualify for 3 For Free?

A: You must have a minimum of three qualified and personally enrolled PCs who have an Autoship template set up of 75 PV or more that processes during the 4-week qualification period.

Q: What does it mean to have a “qualified” Preferred Customer?

A: A Preferred Customer is “qualified” to count toward your 3 For Free Rewards if they have an Autoship template set up for 75 PV or higher that processes during the 4-week qualification period, and they do not qualify for 3 For Free Rewards themselves.

Q: What does “personally enrolled” mean?

A: A Preferred Customer who you have enrolled directly to your account is considered to be “personally enrolled” by you.

Q: If I have more than three qualified and personally enrolled PCs, will their Autoships count toward my 3 for Free?

A: Yes! All of your qualified and personally enrolled PC’s Autoship orders will count toward your 3 For Free Rewards. This is because your rewards are calculated by taking the sum of the Autoship PV of all your qualified and personally enrolled PCs, divided by 3 (with a cap of 250 PV).

Q: If my personally enrolled Preferred Customers qualify for 3 For Free, am I still qualified for 3 For Free?

A: If a Preferred Customer qualifies for 3 For Free, they no longer count toward their enrolling Vísi Partner or Preferred Customer’s 3 For Free. We recommend you strive to maintain more than three Preferred Customers who count toward your 3 For Free Rewards in order to avoid losing rewards when a Preferred Customer qualifies.

Q: What happens if my Autoship is more than I qualify for with 3 For Free?

A: If your Autoship has a greater PV value than what you earned as 3 For Free Rewards, your rewards will not be applied and you will be charged the full wholesale amount of your Autoship order. There is no partial credit for these orders.

Q: If my Autoship is more than I qualify for with 3 For Free, can I receive a discount on a portion of my Autoship?

A: No. Your Autoship must be less than or equal to your 3 For Free qualification in order to be free. Partial discounts will not be awarded.
